Denture is an appliance which replaces the lost teeth and oral structure of a patient which helps in chewing (mastication) and esthetics.

Yes, we should take care of the denture by cleaning and we have to consult the dentist if the denture is loose or unable to fit.
What are the steps we should follow to maintain the Denture?
- Brushing: We have to brush the appliance daily with a soft denture brush by avoiding abrasive toothpaste or bleaching agents.
- Storage: At night time or when the denture is not in use, they should be stored in water or denture cleaning solutions.
- Consult: If the denture is loose or unable to fit then consult the dentist, he will take necessary procedure to fit properly in the patient mouth.
What if the denture is kept open (outside) for many days?
